The Social Calling Card (“I,” “me,” or “my”) is a social media marketing and content creation business based in South Florida and run by Kandace Smith. This policy explains what information is collected through thesocialcallingcard.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
Information you share with me
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, I receive the details you choose to provide:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website or social media handle
- The service you’re interested in and your preferred timing
- Anything you share in your message
If you email me directly, I receive your email address and the contents of your message.
How I use your information
I use the information you share only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and work with you if we decide to partner. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.
How your information is handled
Contact form submissions are delivered to me by email. This website is hosted by Namecheap (EasyWP), which stores website data on its servers. These providers handle data on my behalf to keep the site and form working.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies when a site administrator is logged in; these are not used to track visitors.
Links to other websites
This site links to my Instagram account and may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
Keeping your information
I keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you, manage our work together, or meet legal and business record-keeping needs.
Your choices
